You can call Grok bot now and make it add events to your iPhone Calendar. Here’s how (It's free).

The problem:

Grok Bot has no native “add to Apple Calendar” action.

Now I just say “Block Tuesday all day for deep work.”

Seconds later it’s in Apple Calendar.

I don’t open Calendar. I don’t import a file. I don’t leave a Mac on.

One email wakes my phone. That’s it.

The setup (3 parts)

1. Grok Bot — hears you, builds what you don’t have

2. A tiny bridge — holds the event for a second

3. One iPhone Shortcut — writes it into Calendar

You also need: 4. Your iCloud Mail (added to your native Mail app) 5. Cloudflare Pages 6. Agentmail

No Cloudflare yet? Bot installs it. No Agentmail yet? Bot can set it up. You just talk.

Flow:

You → Bot → Bridge → Email → Shortcut → Apple Calendar

Step 1 — Say this to your bot once

Copy. Paste. Done.

Fill out "YOUR_EMAIL".

Examples after that:

• “Block Tuesday all day for deep work.”

• “Tuesday 3–3:30 Berlin. Call with Ben.”

• “Friday all day. Title it Travel day.”

Step 2 — One Shortcut on your iPhone

Open Shortcuts. Use “Describe a Shortcut” if you have it.

vPaste this. Replace only YOUR_BRIDGE_SECRET (It's a password that you choose in Step one).

Just fill in YOUR_BRIDGE_URL that you choose earlier.

What actually happens:

Bot saves the event. Bot sends one short email. Shortcut hears the email. Shortcut pulls the event. Calendar gets it. Ack so it doesn’t double.

That’s the whole thing.

Talk to the bot. Event shows up on your phone.

Small hack. Less friction after the call.
